That's my range for self-publishing, but net is lower for reprints that I do. However, reprint pricing is also driven more by competition--typically I look for a book that deserves to be in print but would sell too few copies to interest Dover or Penguin or another reprint house. Lately, though, Dover is pushing into my niches. Still, with a yearly maintenance of just $12, even a couple of sales is practically break-even.
