I am always pleased to see good marketing. While on vacation in British Columbia (visiting the Canadian side of the family), I chanced across books published by Hancock House. I went into several different tourist traps (uhh, establishments) and found large rotating racks chockful of Hancock House books. HH publishes books on nature, western history, and even Sasquatch. If you have ever been to BC, you know that these would be good, consistent sellers if placed in the right kind of store. Many people on vacation do not go into bookstores, but they do buy souvenirs.
My guess is that Hancock House does well with placing books where their customers can find them.
